Concept

Good chicken, good charcoal.

We buy fresh chicken every morning and butcher and skewer it in-house: thigh, breast, liver, gizzard. Grilled slowly over binchotan charcoal, crisp outside and juicy inside.

Seasoned with salt or our house tare. Try salt first to taste the chicken itself. Sake and lemon sour are also on the menu.
