Seasonal kaiseki made with Kyoto vegetables and seasonal fish, in the Kyoto tradition. Every table is a private room, so you can take your time.

Concept

Kyoto's seasons, served kaiseki style.

Bamboo shoots, pike conger, matsutake, Shogoin turnips — Kyoto has ingredients that mark the turning seasons. We prepare them with dashi, grilling and simmering techniques, one careful dish at a time.

For family celebrations, memorial gatherings or hosting important guests. We are happy to adjust portions and accommodate allergies.
